            Forms
 
            Record requests can be made by filling out the Request Form. The form can be filled out online (Adobe Reader 7.0 or greater required) and submitted electronically to  openrecords@adamscounty.us.
 
            Record requests from the Adams County Court of Common Pleas can be made by filling out the Courts Request Form .This form can be submitted to adamscountycourtsrighttoknow@adamscounty.us .
