Student - Steps to register for a class
- Click on the Training Request Form Button below. Select Fire Department, Class and complete the form.
- Once the form is completed. SAVE the form to your desktop.
- Attach the completed form to an email and send to your Fire Department Approver with email associated with your fire department.
Fire Department Approvers: After you approve your members for the training on the Training Request Form. SAVE the form to your desktop. Attach the completed form to an email and forward to Tammy Kunkel at email@example.com.
