The Adams County Victim Witness Assistance Program is asking that you call the office,  rather than visit,  to speak with an advocate.
We are limiting office contact and trying our best to work from home when possible.
To ensure your advocate is best able to assist you, please call for an appointment if you must meet in person.

About Us

The Program endeavors to treat all victims with respect and dignity while addressing the physical, emotional and financial effects of crime.  The program strives to return all victims to their pre-crime status while advocating to uphold Victim’s Rights.  We
are here to accompany and assist you as you and your criminal case proceed through the Criminal Justice System. An advocate can accompany you (and any supportive person you wish) to any and all court proceedings, as well as, interviews with law enforcement, and meetings with prosecuting district attorney’s.  Your advocate can advocate on behalf of you and your rights through every step of the criminal justice system as well as with employers, creditors, schools etc.  You will be provided with a safe and secure waiting
room whenever you are needed for court appearances.

We are available 24 hours a day thru the 911 Center
