PennDOT's LTAP program provides technical information and proven technologies dealing with roadway maintenance and safety methods to meet the growing demands on municipal governments.

Training includes courses designed to help municipalities with administration of programs, maintenance of equipment and assets. LTAP also provides live demonstrations as well as technical assistance on municipal projects.
