While, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we will not be able to hold Public Information Meetings. Round 14 will still open on Monday, April 13th and will close on Friday, June 12th.
Instructions For Submitting Applications
After April 13th, and until the building reopens, applications can be dropped off at the Ag Center – there will be a box located in-between the building’s front doors marked ‘Planning Office’. If you choose to drop your application off at the Ag Center, please place your Round 14 application in this box – the box will be emptied daily and all received mail/items will be taken inside the building located at 670 Old Harrisburg Rd, Gettysburg.
Applications will be accepted in our office, after the Ag Center has reopened through Friday, June 12, 2020, during the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. If you wish to bring your application in to our office in person after the Ag Center reopens – we are located on the lower level of the Ag Center, 670 Old Harrisburg Road, Suite 100, Gettysburg.
If you choose to mail your application, it must be postmarked on, or before, June 12, 2020. Mail to:

We will not be responsible for applications that are not dropped off by the end of the day on June 12, 2020, are postmarked after this date, or emailed after this date.

. Someone from the Rural Resource Division will contact you to offer assistance by phone, or email, during the pandemic. After the Ag Center reopens, appointments to meet in-person can be scheduled in the office, if desired. Please do not come in for assistance without an appointment as our schedules may have us out of the office from time to time, or there may be appointments already scheduled with other applicants that would hinder the amount of time that could be devoted to assisting you.
