The County of Adams Human Resources (HR) Department is a liaison and point of contact for, Employees, Retirees and Applicants. Human Resources partners with elected officials and management to ensure the County of Adams is the Employer of Choice for our community. Our goal is to provide a safe, fair, and healthy environment with our employees overall well-being at the forefront of each decision made. Human Resources Department is responsible for processing payroll for all county employees and elected officials.
