SEVERAL ORDERS OF COURT IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 HAVE BEEN RELEASED THAT IMPACT COURT. PLEASE VISIT THE LOCAL RULES​ PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

 

Effective April 1, 2022, Domestic Relations will be altering operations in response to the COVID-19 protocol. All establishment and enforcement conferences will be held in person unless pre-approval to participate in a different manner is obtained by this office prior to the scheduled date and time.  Parties are to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to their scheduled time to appear.  The office is open to the public between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

We recommend utilizing the following methods for submitting filings to the office.

If filing to another state or county’s jurisdiction you MUST contact your Case Management Officer to set up an appointment at 717-337-9804. 

If you do not have access to technology you may contact the Domestic Relations Section for assistance.
