The Veteran's Affairs Office assists war veterans and their families in securing their rights in matters relating to their person, property and care of family under any of the laws of this commonwealth and the United States.
The office also assists the County Commissioners in administering the provisions that relate to the burial of a deceased service person and their surviving spouse and to furnishing markers for their graves. Assist the County Commissioners in transmitting records of burial places of deceased persons to the Department of Military Affairs of the Commonwealth.
